How To Book

Step 1. Choose your package

Step 2. Pay your $199 deposit per person ($599 for Platinum)

Step 3. Post confirmation, one of our friendly team will be in contact to confirm your booking and rooming arrangements within 48 hours.

Step 4. Our friendly team member will then be on hand to add any extras to your booking between now and the festival. Available extras include: additional nights, ski hire, lessons, flights, time in Tokyo and more.

Packages

Each package includes 5 nights accommodation (we recommend arriving into Hakuba the day before on 29 Feb), your access to all Snow Machine events and venues, 4 days of lift passes to Happo-one, Iwatake and Hakuba47, daily breakfast and resort shuttle buses. Other extras are available after booking.

Bronze: $985 pp

Silver: $1250 pp

Gold Twin/Double - $1595 pp

Gold Triple share room - $1550 pp

Gold Quad room - $1495 pp

Platinum: Bespoke pricing based on the group and property

NB. The deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind or your circumstances change and you can no longer attend you will forfeit your deposit unless you sell your ticket in our official re-sale facility which will open in a few weeks time.

How To Book With Your Friends

In order to ensure you are staying with your friends you can purchase all your tickets in one booking (Max 10) or book your tickets separately and specify your friends that you would like to stay with. There will be a notes section for you to add the names of your friends, so have your group list ready to go when pre-sale is released. Please specify which people you would like to share a room with and which you would like to be in the same accommodation with. We know how important this is and will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Event Schedule

Snow Machine is a 4 day alpine festival with events throughout Hakuba. Each day there will be on mountain events early in the afternoon (2 days at Happo-one, 1 day at Iwatake and 1 day at Hakuba 47). There will then be après events back in town as the sun goes down, followed by the main stage events 6pm-10pm each night and late night afterparties at a range of official venues. The set times and schedule will be released closer to the festival. There will be plenty of time for both skiing/snowboarding and partying.

Platinum Packages

Being Platinum, our team will prioritise contacting you first once your deposit is received to discuss the customisation of your package for your group.

Festival Only Tickets

If you already have accommodation arranged in Hakuba, there will be a limited number of 4-day Festival Only tickets available. These are available through pre-sale and are $250 or $300 final release. There are no 1 day tickets.

Age Limits

Reminder that the legal drinking age in Japan is 20. Snow Machine will be strictly enforcing this across the festival. While the festival is 18+, identification will be required to secure a wrist-band to access all bars for those 20+.
